Terms and Conditions
Effective September 4, 2026
These terms govern use of the Siplogix website and any prelaunch account or evaluation access provided by Siplogix Systems LLC.
Current service status
Siplogix services are currently offered on a limited or prelaunch basis unless a separate written service order says otherwise. Features, coverage, availability, and pricing may change before general release. A service order or product-specific agreement may add terms for a purchased service.
Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for authorized activity under your account and for configuring your equipment securely.
Acceptable use
You may not use Siplogix to send spam, deceptive or unlawful communications; harass others; impersonate another party; evade consent, identity, or carrier requirements; interfere with networks; probe or access systems without authorization; or distribute malicious content. Messaging requires documented recipient consent and prompt honoring of opt-out requests.
Service availability
Communications services depend on networks and providers outside our direct control. We work to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability through these website terms. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect access.
Intellectual property
Siplogix branding, website materials, software, and service designs are owned by Siplogix Systems LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide.
Privacy and messaging
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Participation in SMS notifications is governed by the SMS Terms and is not a condition of purchase.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to support@siplogix.com or Siplogix Systems LLC, 12828 Willow Centre Dr Ste D, Houston, TX 77066, United States; 281-720-3800.
Attorney review: Before general commercial launch, product-specific agreements should address telecom regulation, emergency calling, taxes, warranties, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction. This website policy intentionally does not invent those terms.
