Siplogix Systems LLC (“Siplogix,” “we,” “us”) provides cloud communications and VoIP services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, account and support processes, and communications services.
Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with Siplogix, we may collect contact details, business and account information, authentication and security records, billing and transaction information, communications-service configuration, support correspondence, device and network information, and service usage records. When you request SMS notifications, we collect your mobile number, consent choice, consent time, disclosure version, and limited evidence needed to document the request.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure our services, administer accounts, process requested transactions, respond to support requests, deliver authorized operational communications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with applicable obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not use SMS consent to enroll a person in unrelated marketing.
SMS and MMS privacy
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process mobile information solely as needed to operate Siplogix services, deliver requested messages, prevent abuse, maintain records, or meet legal requirements. They may not use that information for their own unrelated marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, telecommunications, payment, security, analytics, and customer-support processors. We provide them only information reasonably necessary for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use administrative and technical controls intended to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records, and restricted operational access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain financial and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed, subject to backup and legal-retention constraints.
Your choices
You may decline SMS consent. If messaging becomes active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Certain operational, security, financial, or legal records may need to be retained.
